    • Deployed a 3 member onsite team of one Client Services Manager, one Recruiter and one Recruitment Administrator with  relevant industry experience and ability to manage high end stakeholders. The onsite team is ably supported by a 2 member  offsite  team  of Sourcing Specialists exclusively.
    • Redesigned recruitment process to incorporate an additional level of screening and shortlisting of resumes. Defined templates and process for all recruitment activities ranging from requisition to onboarding.
